    ministry continued that " the Supreme Committee for the reform of the ration card system, hand Alhaidariya chose to be my Of experimental, during which recognize the success of the mechanisms adopted in order to choose to spend or hand, to be a wider environment, and thus circulate the idea to all regions of the country, which is based on the granting of freedom of the citizen to choose the vocabulary of food, through the smart card, "pointing out that it" will go to manage the business and the provision of services approved by the law, and also contribute to the stability of market prices, and intervention in the case of high prices in commercial markets.
    The stalled Ministry of Commerce, in the distribution of the ration card items, during the last period, even after the abolition of most of the vocabulary that was distributed before 2003, which was limited to four of them only, namely flour, rice, sugar and oil.
