He also pointed out that "since the government took over its responsibilities on the ninth of September 2014 has been completed several projects to increase the generating capacity of the electricity sector," noting that "was the introduction of four units of investment in the station Basmaya in Baghdad with a capacity of 1000 megawatts.
He also pointed out that "the opening of the Nujaibiya gas station in the province of Basra 500 MW card, and the station of the invasive gas 500 MW, and the Diwaniyah gas station 500 MW and also the station Haidari gas in Najaf 160 MW card.

"
• The amounts specified in the collection system and within the program of investment in service, maintenance and collection sector approved by the government as follows:
1/1000 dinars the price of one amps per month for those who consume ten amperes or less around the clock.
2/1500 dinars the price of one amps per month for those who consume 10-15 amps around the clock.
3 / thousand dinars the price of amps per month for those who consume 20 amps around the clock.

He added that "the government is seeking to address the imbalance in the electricity sector and is doing its best to provide better service to citizens and the best way to do this is through the activation of the investment program where this program will provide huge amounts spent from the budget of Iraq on the electricity sector will not cost the treasury because the proportion of the investor Of 12.9% deducted from the wages of collection.
He added that "the investor will bear 80% of the wages of workers in the maintenance and collection sector, which is borne by the government before the start of the investment program."
• Expected imports of up to $ 4 billion
Al-Hadithi added: "This means providing funds for the general budget, as well as this program will lead to ending the rumors as a result of encroachment on the land and property of the state and agricultural land, and the exchange of nutrition between regions, and consumption of energy without meters and exceeding standards, The amount of electricity produced 67% and the provision of these rumors will mean the practical increase in the amount of energy within the national network to double what it is today.
"This will make the amount of energy produced currently sufficient to meet the total consumption, which at the peak peak in the summer is about 22000 megawatts and will lead to reducing the quantities of fuel supplied by the Ministry of Electricity to operate the generation plants, which cost Meaisawi billion dollars annually and the provision of large amounts spent as costs Support for fuel supplied by the government to civil generators in addition to the possibility of dispensing with the imported electric power, which cost about one billion and two hundred million dollars annually.
He concluded that "the investment program in the electricity sector will contribute to stopping waste in public money represented in the amounts of collection owed to the consumer, where the sector suffers from a major reluctance as the debt owed to the Ministry of Electricity consumers who did not pay the wages of the collection amount of two billion and 700 million dollars This amount is equivalent to more than two-thirds of the total revenues of the collection of electricity, and is expected when the implementation of the program of investment in the electricity sector that the import revenues to reach four billion dollars a year.
