after meeting .. Trump prominent politician "happy" what will happen with Pyongyang
Twilight News / through a prominent republican member Senate expressed his happiness and confidence that President Donald Trump will not allow North Korea making a missile capable of hitting the United States.
He told Sen. Lindsey Graham, a senator from South Carolina, reporters after a dinner with the president on Tuesday that North Korea must not "underestimate the determination of President Trump to prevent her from making a missile capable of hitting our home."
Graham said in an interview with Fox News Channel that he was thrilled and encouraged all the steps taken by Trump in the field of foreign policy, pointing out that the United States now has the best national security team.
He explained that despite the preference for diplomatic solutions across China to rein in Pyongyang, President Trump still puts on the table military action as one of the options that can be used if Beijing failed to influence the dictator of North Korea.
Graham joined Senator John McCain, a senator from the state of Arizona, during a dinner at the White House on Monday evening.
It is noteworthy that Graham and McCain defense hawks in Congress, and were vocal critics of the Republicans with regard to matters of foreign policy.
It supports both hard - line approach Trump with North Korea.
Pyongyang has threatened to launch pre - emptive strikes and other measures if necessary to defend itself against the "American imperialists."
