    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Ali al-Allaq, of the State of Law Coalition stressed “The delay implementing the death verdicts is an executive case that we cannot blame the Ministry of Justice or other sides for because all the concerned sides have their justifications.”
    He stated to IraqiNews.com “We cannot hold any specific side the responsibility of the delay in implementing the death verdicts.”
    “It is necessary to implement these verdicts to respond to the rights of the victims and to eliminate the security deterioration,” he concluded.
