The Supreme Court allowed in Austria to the government to confiscate a house in Braunaw was born in 1889 the Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler, so as to prevent his conversion to supporters of the far-right sacred shrine.

The court on Friday put an end to this decision to sue the marathon between the Austrian government and owner of the house, Garlendeh Bomir, which conducted in the seventies of the last century, the interior ministry, but refused to sell it or make it restored operations in 2011.

The government decided in December last confiscation of the old house after the ratification of the parliament on the draft law on this, but Bomir filed an appeal, insisting that the move was too excessive.

The Supreme Court confirmed that the confiscation of the house came in response to social interests, noting the danger that this becomes the building of a revered neo-Nazi.

Austrian authorities did not yet reveal its plans regarding the use of the house in the future, but the newspaper "The Guardian" British suggests that the building could become the headquarters of the charitable organizations. / Ended 25 d
