    Government action to reduce traffic congestion
    BAGHDAD / morning
    Prime Minister 's Office announced the vote on the document for the national plan for the reconstruction of Iraq in the short and long term general framework.
    He said Saad Sabri , spokesman for the office in a press briefing on Sunday, that «these decisions and directives within the framework of an integrated government program to stabilize the liberated areas and rehabilitation and provision of basic services in which the reconstruction of infrastructure destroyed.»
    And that «this topic was under discussion in the visit of Dr. Haider Abadi , the prime minister accompanying him to the State of Kuwait and the delegation so as to prepare for the conference of an international donors due to be held in Kuwait later in the joint effort between Iraq and Kuwait and to create ways of financial and logistical support through the entry of companies of donor countries and support Investment in the liberated areas and to send international experts and specialists to support the Iraqi government 's efforts in this regard. »
    Also he pointed to « the government to take measures to reduce traffic congestion after the huge increase in the number of wheels in the capital Baghdad».
    According to Sabri, the most prominent of these measures 11 is to »identify controls to protect roads and regulate the movement of vehicles in the streets of the capital, and to develop mechanisms to change the times of the beginning of the official working in the ministries and departments and universities unevenly, as well as reducing the number of checkpoints and keep their intersections and important contract congestion traffic and open multiple lanes in the checkpoints, in addition to more than one port adoption of entry and exit in the areas of Baghdad and its neighborhoods and choose the locations of these outlets away from the crowded streets drive ».
