Health and Psychosocial Support Health and well-being is one of the basic human rights guaranteed by the Iraqi Constitution. Iraq has also witnessed the launching of several health strategies after 2003 in all health sectors, which have cast a shadow over many health services. : • Infant mortality rate per 1000 live births • Infant mortality rate per 1000 infants • Under-five mortality rate for 1000 children • The maternal mortality rate per 100000.
