    The artillery shelled the Lebanese army in densely populated areas. The sites of "Ra'ad" in the fruit orchards and the head of Baalbek.

    Meanwhile, the Lebanese army commander, General Joseph Aoun, visited the barracks of the Border Protection Regiment in Ras Baalbek, where he was briefed on all preparations for the anticipated battle against "Daash".
