«Ba'ath party and one approach .. in violation of human rights»
    Baghdad / Sabah
As part of his monitoring of the history of the Baathist regime's violations of Iraqi life in all its aspects, the Secretary-General of the Human Rights Foundation in Iraq, Dr. Walid Al-Hali, presented the fifth chapter of his research, "The Baath Party and the One Response to Human Rights Violations" The Iraqi woman is subjected to injustice, injustice, abuse and all the names of cruelty and criminality by the regime that has gone to the dustbin of history and its violations have been a witness to his crime. He presents the jewelry with evidence, evidence and documents, the march of Baathist criminality against the Iraqi woman and depriving her of her rights and dignity, To the Iraqi family by striking this entity in the most serious and precise joints, which is "women"
12 - Violations against the rights of Iraqi women:
We continue to provide the most prominent violations against Iraqi women during the 35 years of the history of the Baath Party in power:
The Baath Party planned for the rebellion of women against its family and customs, ordered women to obey him and did not obey the husband or father when the orders contradicted, thus affecting the cohesion of the Iraqi family. It was reported from some sources that the regime established gangs inside Iraqi schools, universities and departments in order to trap girls and rape them. In exposing them, they kill them and throw them on the street, as happened in the rape of girls in 1983 and 1984. And 1986 of Baghdad's Girls' Economies. The system poisoned a large number of women because they are opposition. Two of the dozens of women who were martyred are poisoned in their diet. Professor Salwa Bahrani from Baghdad's Karrada district in 1980 cited Professor Amal al-Amiri from the Baghdad district of al-Salam district in 1981.
Women were prevented from practicing religious slogans such as the establishment of councils at home. The regime also arrested women who rejected this arbitrary decision against them and closed down houses where religious councils were held. The regime deprived the Iraqi woman of exercising her right to demonstrate and sit down against the regime. Saddam Hussein's regime culminated in his violations of the rights of Iraqi women by arresting Notepad and the scholar Amna al-Sadr in early April 1980. After severe torture, she killed her, without giving any evidence of her execution, Her body is said to have been dissolved in Hamz al-Tizab and no grave is known in Iraq.

    13. Violations against the rights of children
    in Iraq:
The children of Iraq were subjected to widespread deprivation and persecution during the rule of the Baathist regime (1968-2003). The most serious violations suffered by the children of Iraq are the following: Children are subjected to constant torture after the arrest of their parents. Use children to spy on their parents, relatives and neighbors. The cruelty of dealing with children in their age. Fighting children for their livelihoods. Exploit children's innocence to pass malicious system schemes. The deprivation of generations of children from education due to displacement from Iraq. Dealing with the children of Iraq and the Arabs' preference for the Kurds. The regime committed primary school pupils to enter (al-Tala'i) by force, which are student organizations subordinate to the Baath party. The scientific and moral laxity in the schools of Iraq under the regime and the concentration of the system on the ideas of the Baath Party and its theories. Forcing children to work because of poverty, fighting the family for their livelihood, or because the father is prevented from working for his opposition to the system. Careful neglect of Iraqi children's health care in Kurdistan and southern Iraq. Raising children to distort the doctrines of Muslims and distinguish between them and awakening strife and crises between Islamic schools. Creating a state of terrorism against children because of the ongoing arrests and executions in the community.
Raising the children of sectarian education through the imposition of teaching the ideas of the Baath Party, which distinguish between the sect and the other. Put children in wars, forcing children to demonstrate in favor of the regime. The execution of non-adult students for media actions against the regime, such as distributing leaflets or writing slogans against the regime. Ironing with fire for children to force them to confess or force a member of their family to confess. The child was detained as a hostage until the father was arrested. The child was detained for several years in Iraq for the disappearance of his father. The child (Ali Hussein Baraka al-Shami) was detained for several months. As a result of the rape of women and the assault on their honor and dignity by the security forces of the regime got the birth of illegitimate children were imprisoned with their mothers in terrible conditions, causing the creation of psychological contract and various diseases of the child prisoner. As a result of the Ba'ath Party spreading corruption among girls and encouraging them to commit adultery, the spread of diseases with illegitimate children, their parents got rid of them and remained without care, creating a generation suffering from psychological and neurological contract and causing the community disasters. The use of children as human shields by placing them on tanks that entered the cities controlled by the rebels. The deportation of children to Iran without the father or mother, dozens of children were found in Iraqi refugee camps in Iran without any of their family members. Hit cities and villages with aircraft, missiles and long-range guns to drop bombs on children's schools or homes where women and children were killed and thousands of them were killed, especially in March 1991 and earlier during the bombing of the Kurdish region of Iraq. Hit cities and villages with aircraft, missiles and long-range guns to drop bombs on children's schools or homes where women and children were killed and thousands of them were killed, especially in March 1991 and earlier during the bombing of the Kurdish region of Iraq.
Inciting children to disobey parents and obeying the Baath Party instead and educating them to rebel against their parents and family. The closure of the system of dozens of schools in Iraqi Kurdistan and other Iraqi cities. Many Iraqi children were killed by chemical weapons bombardment and thousands were subjected to mutilation and burns by napalm and cluster bombs against them, as in Halabja and several Kurdish villages. Because of hunger and disease, gangs stole children and sold them to European countries during the Gulf War. The regime's use of sectarian discrimination among Iraq's children, focusing on and caring for pro-city schools in terms of sectarian loyalties and neglect of schools that run counter to the doctrine of regime officials. The closure of madrassas in Baghdad, Kadhimin, Najaf and Karbala by sectarian militias. The establishment of special schools for the children of officials and granting them all the privileges and financial support in exchange for depriving other schools of the simplest possibilities or closing them, as well as depriving Iraqi rural areas of schools. The Baath Party has raised orphans in private schools for murder, assault, pillage and pillage. They have been raised as the sons of Saddam Hussein, so their behavior should be like that of Saddam's Fedayeen who have been killing, terrorizing, terrorizing and attacking people.
Thus, Saddam Hussein and his regime violated the UN Universal Declaration of the Rights of the Child, Article 49 and 19 of the General Assembly of the United Nations on 20 November 1959, No. 1386 (XIV). Amnesty International has submitted several reports since 1986 and the fall of the regime in 2003, Where the regime continues to persecute Iraqi children. 14. Violations in Iraqi Universities:

The regime of Saddam Hussein targeted all the elements of the university in Iraq (professors, students, education, administration and campus) and violated their rights, in addition to the regime's interventions in imposing the control of the Baath Party and its control in the policy and administration of the university. To reduce the importance of scientists and the abuse of their dignity and abuse, and also contributed to the reduction of scientific level and the level of creativity in scientific research, and the level of graduate students in exchange for ensuring the establishment of special scientific institutes for Baathists to take the role of scientific progress allegedly deprived the role of professors and students General to replace professors and students Baathists lacking scientific capacity, and can be mentioned a number of violations of the system of Iraqi universities as follows:
The system appointed university professors on the basis of allegiance to the authority and belonging to the Baath Party, and removed the non-Baathist scientific competencies to centers unrelated to their specialization, such as transferring a professor of medicine at the University of Baghdad to a biological analyst in the analysis laboratory, and if he refrained from working in this work He is banned from doing any work in Iraq and must remain in Iraq. He is also prohibited from traveling abroad. A large number of professors from Baghdad University and others have been expelled from their university jobs after being arrested and tortured by the Saddam regime. An official or semi-official institution Who were banned from traveling outside Iraq, and had to find alternatives, some of whom worked as taxi drivers or other jobs away from their scientific specialization.
The regime exerted pressure and intimidation against Iraqi university professors in order to grant members of the regime's security and officials university degrees, headed by Saddam Hussein and his brothers who are close to him. In several meetings and speeches of Saddam with university professors, Saddam underestimates the people concerned and their scientific achievements in an attempt to insult their dignity, which may comfort him psychologically because of his sense of scientific ignorance in front of them. The system fought university professors to determine their salaries, so that the salary of the university professor is not enough to meet the necessary needs for his livelihood. In order to destroy the status of professor in society, the system imposed on the work of the professor does not suit his scientific, social and cultural status to become the subject of others. The regime has forced the university professors to violate the system in the army camps as ordinary soldiers and kept them for years in this situation in order to keep them away from their science and their continuous achievements. The regime urged the military officers to insult them when the orders were not implemented. ° C in the summer of Iraq, or shaving his hair to zero degree and stay on this case or assigned to work that undermine the dignity and continue to humiliate. Ba'athist student committees intervene in the affairs of university professors in order to force professors to give extra grades to them to achieve their success or to steal examination papers, and to threaten professors with dismissal and arrest if Ba'athist Union officials do not succeed in a number of universities
    Iraq.
Pressure on university professors to reduce the academic material given to the student or cancel the lectures in the event of a special program of the Baathist Union or the assignment of a Baathist figure to visit the university or during the training of students within the university. The system wanted to remove the educational role of the teacher towards the students in order to give this role to the Baathist special committees or the National Union of Baathist students. A graduate student is prohibited from completing his studies and research if they do not belong to the Ba'th party. The regime ordered that all graduate studies be carried out for Baathists only. The missions of the students to complete their studies outside Iraq are not given according to the scientific level of the students but rather the racial, sectarian, and partisan aspects of the advanced student. The important document for the missions from the state is the Baathist party documents and the departments of the regime officials.
In the eight years of the Iran-Iraq war, the regime gave university research and research a secondary role and focused on bringing university students and professors to the front lines. The Baathist National Union and the Popular Army headquarters in each college and institute. This union has been active in the detention and torture of teachers and non-Baathist students to force them to belong to the Baath party and to force them to train and participate in the fronts. The regime used its threat to force students to belong to the Ba'th party. For example, a student is forced to tear up his exam papers, to be deprived of the exam or to be threatened with arrest while answering the exam questions in the examination hall. Or by private security agencies visiting universities during exams. (Follow the next episode ...)
