Parliamentary Health: The law of health insurance is commercial and we will not agree to privatize this important sector
BAGHDAD - The Health and Environment Committee on Tuesday announced that the health insurance law would transform the government-sponsored sector into a commercial one.
"The health insurance law was returned to the Council of Ministers because it is a law that turns the state-sponsored health sector into a commercial health sector and pays the citizen's pocket to finance it," said Saleh al-Hasnawi, a member of the parliamentary health committee.
