    The Ministry of Labor, represented by the National Center for Research and Studies, has carried out a joint scientific cooperation program with the Department of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
     
    The Director General of the National Center for Research and Studies, Yazri Abdel Rahim, said in a statement today that "The Trend Press" obtained a copy of it, that the agreement with the Director General of the Department of Planning and Follow-up in the Ministry of Education, Ayoub Younis Ali, on activating the scientific program which had already been agreed between the Ministries of Labor And science and technology previously, pointing out that the next few days will witness an increase in the pace of implementation of the steps of the program, which aims in its entirety to cooperate in the scientific, technical and applied fields in the axes of research and studies of various kinds.
     
    For his part, said the assistant director of the center Muzaffar Nuri, "The National Research Center worked to sign this cooperation agreement for the advancement of scientific and technological and strengthen the capabilities of scientific staff in both ministries to achieve the general goals and community service.
     
    Nuri said that under the agreement, a joint high committee was set up under the chairmanship of a general manager from both sides to approve the annual plan for joint cooperation and evaluation of the achievements achieved, indicating that the main purpose of the agreement is to conduct research and studies in coordination with the beneficiaries, Preparing a database, building human capacities, supporting and embracing inventors and innovators, and contributing to the scientific activities of both parties.
     
    He added that the agreement will also regulate the intellectual property rights resulting from cooperation and cooperation in the exchange of data on statistics and research information available to both parties.
