[ltr]Russian President Vladimir Putin said Russia knew who carried out the attack on the Russian bases in Hameim and Tartous in Syria, stressing that Turkey had nothing to do with the incident.[/ltr]
[ltr]"I spoke a little while ago, just before I entered this room, with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan," Putin said in an interview on Thursday with the editors of leading Russian newspapers.
