Parliamentary source: Abadi may attend the discussion session of the budget in parliament

The budget bill faces "three" obstacles, which could push Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to attend the parliamentary budget debate scheduled for Wednesday.
The deputy of the coalition of state law, Abdul Hadi al-Saadawi said in a statement that «the parliamentary finance committee its task to take notes by all those objecting to the budget, which relate to oil-producing provinces, in addition to the share of the region, and the provision of funds for the reconstruction of liberated cities».
He added that «the Prime Minister Haider Abadi to give guarantees to the residents of the liberated areas of the return of the displaced to their cities, in preparation for their participation in the elections», adding that the second problem in the budget related to "oil producing provinces (Basra, Dhi Qar, Maysan, Wasit) Is the economic artery of the country ».
He added: «These provinces were wronged by two things, the first allocated the government of these provinces amount within the petrodollar project for each barrel of a producer or extractor or produced gas, which later turned from $ 5 to 5%, but the government now wants to choose the province one way Amounts, either from oil extracted, refined oil or gas, as well as the lack of financial guarantees for previous years ».
"The government is going through a financial crisis, but it can dispose of financial bonds that remain a debt to the federal government until the availability of financial wealth," said Saadawi, a deputy from Basra province.
According to the source, «productive provinces took their oil and deprived of financial imports, in addition to it was deprived of the Fund for the reconstruction of the affected areas», revealing two ways to approve the budget «either withdraw the bill from parliament and returned to the government for amendment, or the presence of the Prime Minister to the parliament session to discuss The subject with MPs ».
