    "We are not surprised by what Jabouri, who today is in dire need of electoral propaganda that may help him to restore part of his audience, is through such decisions trying to cover his failure to provide any service to the displaced and the people who elected him, so resort to arbitrarily passing the budget Without a quorum ". He said.
