[ltr]The Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Mahdi Al-Alak met with representatives of the German Development Bank on Sunday, the procedures for the launch of the first phase of the German loan for the financing of electric power stations in Mosul, within the projects of restoring stability.[/ltr]
[ltr]"The latter discussed with representatives of the German Development Bank the amendment of some clauses of the German loan and the 45 million euros allocated to the Ministry of Electricity to finance the electrical stations in Mosul," a statement by the Moaqazin News Office said.[/ltr]
[ltr]He added that "the legal aspects of the loan have been reviewed and evaluated to come up with a final formula that meets the requirements of the projects."[/ltr]
[ltr]The Ministry of Planning announced the inclusion of the German loan within the Financial Budget Act 2018, referring to the agreement with a German delegation to form a joint team of advisers to study the list of projects financed by the loan.[/ltr]
