    The Office of Investigation Commission of Integrity in the province of Qadisiyah, over the past hours, the seizure of books ownership of land plots in the city of Diwaniyah, the center of the province, a group of influential people in the government and close to them, on the pretext of being a segment of political prisoners and families of martyrs, causing a waste of public money by more than 12 Billion dinars, confirms the size of financial and administrative corruption prevalent in all joints of the government and its institutions. 

    According to a statement issued by the Authority, "an investigative team of his after the transfer to the directorates of municipalities and real estate registration and institutions of political prisoners and martyrs in the province, the seizure of books ownership in the Directorate of Real Estate Registration under a judicial memorandum."

    The statement pointed out that "a committee in the Diwaniyah Council allocated (115) residential plots and in distinct locations in the center of the province to a group of people on the grounds that they are political prisoners and the families of martyrs, although not covered by the laws of the two influential institutions." 

    He added that "preliminary investigations led to the existence of cases of negligence and shortening by the Directorate of Diwaniyah Municipality, not to invalidate the restrictions of land plots and return to the municipality, despite the receipt of two books from the institutions of prisoners and martyrs in the province include names that have been canceled decisions to grant the land and asked to withdraw, Of the prisoners or the families of the martyrs, in addition to not take legal action against violators, and the investigation concluded that the people who claimed to be martyrs to receive financial grants and pension rights from the Foundation martyrs.

    The statement stressed that "the record of the seizure of assets of priority and the presentation of investigative papers to the competent investigating judge, who issued a decision to control all ownership books on which the transfer of ownership of residential plots of land to the accused persons in this case, and singled out an independent case against each of them.
