    The legal expert Jamal al-Asadi, that the number of employees of the parliamentary and republican presidents and ministers is very large and budgets are huge and cost Iraq billions of dollars, pointing out that the state needs transparency and disclosure of higher accounts and reduce the excess expenses, so that you can speak strongly to the people in each file of services and others . 

    This comes in light of what successive governments wasted after 2003 of Iraq's money can not be counted, because of rampant corruption and lack of supervision and follow-up, in addition to politicizing the judiciary in favor of political parties.

    Al-Asadi said on his own account in Facebook that the number of employees of the House of Representatives is 1955 employees and that the budget of the Council amounts to (235) billion Iraqi dinars per year, which is equivalent to (196) million US dollars per year, according to him. 

    As for the presidency, Asadi said that the number of its employees is 1068 and its budget is 51 billion Iraqi dinars a year, equivalent to (46) million US dollars per year, adding: "As for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers may include the General Secretariat of the Council and its departments And the Office of the Prime Minister and associated parties, and that the number of its employees is 3587 employees and their budget 615 billion Iraqi dinars and equivalent to (513) million dollars a year, more than half a billion dollars, as he put it.

    He added that the total budget of the Council of Ministers and its institutions, including the militia militia and the National Intelligence and Security Services and other parties are also cost 2.5 trillion Iraqi dinars per year, the equivalent of more than two billion dollars a year, including 11 billion Iraqi dinars investment, steadily This means that the budget of the Council (12) the budget of the Presidency and (3) times the budget of the Council of Representatives. 

    He concluded that the state needs higher transparency and disclosure of accounts and reduction of excess expenses, so that you can speak strongly before the people in each file of services and other services.
