The State Company for Steel Industries, one of the companies of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, announced Thursday that it has received the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system certification by the New Zealand company VXL.
"The continuous meetings and adherence to the directives issued by the company's management have had a great impact on the quality certificate," said General Manager Jalal Abbas Hussein in a statement received by Al-Maaloumah.
Hussein added that "obtaining this certificate included three stages, which was the first phase during which the documents were reviewed and the reports of the mismatch and the completion of primary field organization followed by the delivery of a copy of the quality certificate to the company and registration and the second phase, The first field audit and the third phase before the two years of the first field audit. "
He pointed out that "the company has held a seminar on the possibilities of the steel industries and the production lines that it owns and its various products from the balconies and railways of the bridges and caravans and various types of steel structures and refrigerated warehouses and industrial workshops and castings for the cement and other castings as required in addition to the towers of the transfer of energy and poles of light and Karinat Traffic signs and other products.
