    Said the member of the Electoral Commission Said Kakaee, that the process of canceling votes and re-counting will affect most of the winning blocs, pointing to the possibility of replacing twenty candidates in the last elections.


    "The process of canceling the results of the elections abroad and the special vote in the Kurdistan region and the movement of population and the voices of the displaced in Diyala, Anbar, Salahuddin and Nineveh, may cancel about 20 seats will be replaced by another twenty."


    "The process of compensating these losers with other alternatives after the deletion of many of the results will be based on the competition between the various local candidates for the various lists and entities."


    He pointed out that "the current Board of Commissioners is frozen and its members are not entitled to enter the Electoral Commission building until the completion of the judges of the recount and manual counting," noting: "The Judicial Council appointed nine judges to manage the Council of the Electoral Commission and oversee the counting and sorting, which will take place in (52) ) Thousand polling stations with the appointment of (18) judge to manage the offices of all provinces.


    The Supreme Judicial Council assigned a judicial committee composed of the head of the public prosecutor's office, the head of the judicial supervision authority and a judicial supervisor to be sent to the electoral commission building to prepare the work of the judiciary under the Third Amendment Law of the Election Law.
