The Minister of Oil, Jabbar al-Allaibi, the allocation of the ministerial committee the amount of about 2 billion dinars to improve the service reality of the city of Basra.
Al-Allaibi said in an interview transmitted by the official television of Iraq, and briefed by "Economy News", "The ministerial committee allocated 2 billion dinars to promote the reality of services in the province of Basra."
He added that "the Higher Ministerial Committee decided to provide 10,000 jobs for the people of Basra province."
