    (Encyclopedia of this Day News | [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] ) - Direct: Central Bank of Iraq 's sales of foreign currency on Monday, to 142.1 million dollars, compared to sales of $ 140.77 million auction yesterday by $ 1.33 million.

    The central bank said in a statement that the exchange rate was 1190 dinars per dollar in the auction held with the participation of 35 banks.

    The bank said the sales were the result of an auction on Tuesday, indicating total sales totaled $ 182.36 million.

    Amounts sold to strengthen bank balances abroad amounted to $ 139.84 million, while total cash sold was estimated at $ 42.52 million.

    The Central Bank said in a statement that the sale of the amounts transferred to the accounts of banks abroad is at the price of 1190 dinars per dollar, while the cash sale will be at the same price.

    The total amount sold at the Central Bank at the auction of foreign currency sale on Monday reached 182 million and 357 thousand and 580 dollars, with the participation of 35 banks
     
    The bank said in a press statement that the total sales for the purpose of boosting the balance abroad (remittances and credits) amounted to 139 million and 837 thousand and 580 dollars, while the total sales cash $ 42 million and 520 thousand dollars.
     
    The statement said that the sale of amounts transferred to the accounts of banks abroad and cash sales was at 1190 dinars per dollar.
