The MP for the alliance of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Asaad Abadi said that the governor of the Central Bank Ali Alalak, twice broke the law by putting his name on the new Iraqi currency.
Abadi said in a press conference held in the House of Representatives that "the Central Bank of Iraq has the right to issue the currency and the bank as a moral personality, according to Articles 32 and 33 of the law in force, therefore, the Governor has the right to put his name,
"Therefore, the law issued in 2004 to the Central Bank does not allow him to put his name and must address errors and is now discussed to exit the output because we can not convert the currency to the names of people and the Governor is not entitled to put his name according to the law of the Central Bank, Infraction".
