"

    And acknowledged the ministry (12 May 2013), the failure of the five-year plan developed by the year 2010 for the years (2010-2014), which aims to reduce the disparities between urban and rural areas, and increase the gross domestic product, stressing that Iraq is still far from the border drawn by the United Nations.
    The Ministry of Planning, announced (June 2011), that the ratio of the level of poverty in Iraq amounted to about 23%, which means that a quarter of Iraq's population living below the poverty line, including nearly 5% live in extreme poverty, in When pointed out in the third of June 2012, that the statistics confirmed that the unemployment rate in Iraqi society was (16%).
