    The Iraqi General Company for Trade and Trade in the Ministry of Commerce announced on Tuesday that it had granted 89 export licenses and 4330 import licenses to Iraqi merchants and suppliers during last September.

    In a statement to the ministry, the company's general manager Hashim Mohamed Hatem said in a statement that "the company issued (69) import IDs, (6) export IDs, (67) import IDs and (29) .

    He added that "the export licenses granted were for foodstuffs (chemical, various and miscellaneous, which amounted to (185,714,992,363) one hundred and eighty-five billion and seventeen and fourteen million and ninety-two thousand and ninety-three and sixty dinars."

    He pointed out that "the internal exhibitions department in the company continues to receive applications for participation in the 45th session of the Baghdad International Fair through the electronic system on the company's website, as well as receiving the requests of the companies wishing to market for the course or which they wish to adopt as one of the decoration agents and refer them to the legal department to sign the contract As well as the necessary procedures regarding the applications submitted by the companies organizing the specialized exhibitions to study the dates of their stay and compare them with the table of exhibitions confirmed them, in addition to the General Authority of Customs to facilitate the task of introducing exhibits for exhibitions A nation on the ground of Baghdad and international exhibition and the rest of the provinces and to approach the relevant external parties to participate in all specialized exhibitions held outside Iraq. "

    "The Audit and Monitoring Department follows up and verifies the auditors' observations on the work of the company (the Office of Financial Supervision, the Office of the Inspector General and the Commercial and Financial Control Department) and the preparation of the answers and communications on them."


    He added that "the Planning and Follow-up Department prepared the manpower report, the internal trade form, the economic bulletin, the monthly statistical report of the company's activities, the report of the government program, the performance evaluation and its dispatch to the planning and follow-up department in the ministry."

    He stressed that "the relations and information department continues to hold the VIP VIP Hall for the establishment of conferences and seminars in cooperation with the relevant authorities and to issue entry features for companies and countries that organize exhibitions on the grounds of Baghdad International Fair."
