As the efforts of Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi continue to complete his ministerial formation within days, the conflict seems to be on the assumption that the security ministries (the Ministries of Defense and Interior) are the most powerful among the political blocs, which stresses adherence to quotas according to the electoral entitlements.
A source close to the forces of "Sunni" in the Iraqi parliament that these forces still insist on granting the post of defense minister to one of its candidates, saying in an interview for the "new Arab" that the position has become the share of the "Sunni" members of the list of former Vice President of Iraq Iyad Allawi ("National").
The source pointed out that some of the parties engaged in negotiations to form a government has proposed to the year some "candidates for the settlement," stressing that all the names that were proposed were rejected.
To this, said a member of the Iraqi parliament for the "national coalition," the victory of Jubouri, that Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, "in front of him two names, not the third to take over the post of Ministry of Defense," indicating in a press statement that the Prime Minister to choose between Faisal Jarba and Hisham Darraji, As a candidate for the Defense Ministry during the next parliament session.
"The two alternatives to Abdul Mahdi are not the third, and he decides which name to choose as defense minister, and the two presented by the Sunni forces," Jubouri said.
This comes as Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi continues his talks to complete all his cabinet ministers, before the parliamentary session scheduled for the sixth of November.

"The coalition" was an important party in these dialogues after the postponement of the vote on two of the ministers who nominated them, namely Interior Ministry candidate Faleh al-Fayadh, a candidate for the Ministry of Interior Culture in the name of the spring, "stressing the insistence of" conquest "on the nomination of the two personalities.
The source said that Abdul Mahdi, "trying to reach a formula that satisfies all parties," referring to the "new Arab" to "the existence of an agreement within the Fath Alliance not to give up positions regardless of the results."
It is noteworthy that the local media circulated on Friday an official letter signed by the Prime Minister, giving Adel Abdul Mahdi the right to run the Ministry of the Interior by proxy,
