Minister of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, Benkane Rikani, received Sunday his duties in the ministry from former minister Nafie Aussi.
Our correspondent in the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "the two banks Rikani handed over the ministerial portfolio and began to carry out his duties in the ministry."
