The Electoral Commission of the Electoral Commission on Sunday approved the granting of a license to establish ten new parties.
A statement issued by the Board of Commissioners responded to Ashfaq News that the Board decided to approve the granting of ten licenses to establish in a meeting on Thursday, 22/11/2018, stressing that these parties have completed all procedures and application of the instructions issued by the Commission and the rules of conduct in accordance with the provisions of the Political Parties Law Legislator by the House of Representatives.
In its statement, the Council called upon all the parties that have developed for the purpose of incorporation and which have concluded the legal period for the purpose of completing the registration procedures in preparation for their handing over the establishment licenses.
The Political Parties Law No. (36) for the year 2015 has been legislated by the Chamber of Deputies and the Commission has started to work on it after it was published in the Official Gazette. The political parties that intend to participate in the upcoming electoral elections for the purpose of registration in accordance with the procedures, education and rules of conduct issued by the Commission, the field.
