The Investment Authority in the province of Dhi Qar, on Thursday, the launch of Nasiriyah International Airport for investment in front of foreign companies for rehabilitation and development.
The Chairman of the Investment Authority Dhi Qar Imad Tarash said in a statement that "the National Authority for Investment in Baghdad has launched the Nasiriyah International Airport as an investment opportunity for foreign companies Alrsina to rehabilitate and develop."
Tarash expressed his hope that "giant companies will move forward to implement it, adding that the airport is of strategic and economic importance to the province as it is witnessing a clear development and growing growth in the number of flights and passengers, which is the only international port of the province."
Tarash said that "the Ministry of Transport has put forward earlier investment of the airport in front of international and local companies for the purpose of rehabilitation of infrastructure and provide him with international standards."
