The Republican senator, Lindsey Graham, said the decision by US President Donald Trump to withdraw from Syria has sparked enthusiasm for the organization of the Islamic state in Iraq and the Levant, or what is known as a "preacher," pointing out that this led to the attack of Manbaj, which killed four Americans.
