Prime Minister [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] , on Tuesday, the development of strategic alternatives in the event of closing the Strait of Hormuz after the recent tension between the Iranian and American sides.
"The Iraqi government has developed strategic alternatives in the event of closure of the Strait of Hormuz," Abdul Mahdi said during the weekly press conference attended by the agency. "The multiplicity of ports of export of oil is a strategic project and the government has worked in this regard."
"He will discuss with Kuwait during his visit on Wednesday the joint cooperation between the two countries to ease tension in the region." End 25 T
