    A deputy from the province of Basra considered Hamedi's charter Tuesday as the prime minister's failure to respond to the provincial deputies' request to hold a meeting in the province, making them awkward before the visual public, expressing the hope of the prime minister to meet the demand for the coming weeks. 
    "The province of Basra is still moaning from poor services and security deterioration due to tribal conflicts and the increase in the unemployment rate, etc. The problems that have caused the public of Basra for the demonstration for a long time and so far," Hamidi said in a statement.
