Aboul Gheit: Adoption of the rules of the Arab Free Trade Zone "soon"

CAIRO - The Arab League is close to finalizing the agreement on the approval of the rules of the Arab free trade zone, the Arab League Secretary-General said.
"After more than 18 years of negotiation on the detailed rules of origin within the framework of the Greater Arab Free Trade Area," Aboul Gheit said on Thursday. According to the Middle East News Agency.
Abul-Gheit added: "The process of Arab economic integration has witnessed positive developments since the last session of the Council and deserves praise and stand by them."
Aboul Gheit called on the Economic and Social Council of the League of Arab States to continue to follow closely the situation of the Palestinian economy and take appropriate measures to provide all necessary support and support to it.
He said: "We are all aware that the Arab joint action system has been able, since its inception, to formulate policies, formulate strategies and reach agreements and treaties that were implemented to improve the overall Arab situation. Prevent the completion of the achievements. "
