The office said in a statement received by Alsumaria News, a copy of the contract, "The contract relates to an investment project between the new life company for investment and the Baghdad Investment Authority with the Bank of Rasheed on the project housing flowers investment."
He added, "There is a clear lag in the implementation and completion of the project is about eight years, as the duration of completion of the project does not exceed 30 months as of the date of signing the contract in 2011."
