    Karbala province received an amount of 3 billion dinars to cover the needs of the province during the 40th visit.
    Millions of pilgrims flock to the holy city of Karbala annually to perform the 40th visit of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) on the 20th of this month.
    The Information Office of the Prime Minister said in a statement seen by Al-Eqtisadiah that the Council approved "the Ministry of Finance to disburse (3) three billion dinars to the province of Karbala from emergency amounts as operational allocations for the purpose of covering the needs of the province in the visit of the Imam Hussein Peace".
    The statement added that `` the Council of Ministers approved the amendment of paragraph (5) of the Council of Ministers' Resolution (70 of 2019) on the construction of low-cost housing units, and authorizing the Ministry of Construction and Housing to amend the amount contained in the fifth paragraph of the said resolution to cover the necessary technical treatments. ''
    It was approved to allocate an amount of (5) five billion dinars to the Ministry of Interior / Command of the border guards of the emergency reserve allocations for 2019 to complete the integrated security system north of the Euphrates (Qaim - Rabia port).
    The Council of Ministers voted to approve "the determination of the wages of experts to be contracted with Rafidain Bank."
    The Council also approved the recommendations of the Consultative Meeting (43) on Japanese loan projects, and the Cabinet approved the recommendation of the Ministerial Council of Economy on preventing the importation of aluminum cans product.
