Committee on Constitutional Amendments formed by the parliament, on Thursday, its first session.
A member of the Committee on Constitutional Amendments Rashid Al-Azzawi, "The Committee will hold its first meeting on Thursday," noting that "Parliament voted to form a committee on constitutional amendments, provided that the amendments are completed within four months."
Al-Azzawi added that "it is important to involve the professional unions in making the amendments as the committee recently visited the teachers' union, whose members welcomed the idea."
He pointed out that "the Committee will present all the constitutional articles of amendment and discussion, in order to confirm the appropriate of them and amend what is agreed on the need to amend it to improve the reality of the country?" Then it was submitted to the popular referendum so that the people would be involved in the amendments. ”
