The Constitutional Amendments Committee decided to [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] activists from the demonstrators on the proposed amendments.
The committee said in a statement that "during the meeting held in the committee hall, the mechanism of conducting the questionnaire, the axes and the issues that will be raised in the questionnaire was received in order to receive responses, comments and proposals by university professors, judges, college students and other segments of society in all governorates."

The committee noted that "the meeting agreed on the importance of knowing the opinion of the Iraqi people and the street on the constitutional amendments in order to ensure that the Iraqi people vote on them and to confirm and increase the pace of the work of the committee to ensure the completion of constitutional amendments within the time period set for completion.
