    MP for a coalition of state law Mansour al-Baiji, on Wednesday, that the current government can not hold any agreement, whether with the region or other being a caretaker government is not entitled to hold such agreements, especially with regard to oil and the federal budget, noting that Kurdistan We are trying to pass an oil agreement with the Mahdi government and we will not allow it.

    He added, "The outgoing prime minister gave the Kurdistan Regional Government a lot through the budget of the region and the payment of money during his rule and the region did not issue a single barrel of oil to the center and this is rejected altogether and in detail."

    He explained that "the Kurdistan Regional Government was sincere intentions with the central government should wait until the selection of a new prime minister to be agreed with him on all oil and financial matters in order to ensure the rights of all our provinces."
