Chinese companies invested at their slowest pace in three years on the back of a prolonged trade war with the United States, where Chinese companies raised capital spending by 1.6% in the third quarter, the weakest growth in three years compared to the same period last year.
Corporate cash reserves increased 5.6% year-on-year in September, the weakest since 2018.
Revenue also grew 6.7% while net profit rose 7.8% from nearly 22% two years ago.
