criticized the Committee on Relations in the Bar Association impose restrictions on the Supreme Judicial Council lawyers in the courts, and suggested to re-examine the legal status of this segment.
"The judiciary represents the real application of the meanings of the provisions of the law, but it is the actual devotion to what the legislator wanted and the wisdom of the legislation," said the committee's chairman and member of the Bar Association Shahad al-Dulaimi in a statement received.
Dulaimi expressed surprise, that "the issuance of instructions from the Security Permits Office of the Supreme Judicial Council (which spread through social networking sites) similar to lawyers or their intervention of the entrance to deal when entering the courts."
She stressed that "Law Law 173/1965 stipulates that the lawyer must receive care and attention from the courts and provide him with facilities."
"The circular has indicated that the previous instructions include all reviewers (including lawyers) and I record my complete reservation on this sentence," Dulaimi said.
She explained, "The law has given the lawyer a distinct role from his representative can not be comparable lawyers reviewers, and can not accept such introductions that make lawyers strangers to the legal family."
Al-Dulaimi said, "Such directives, which are emerging recently, require us to re-examine the legal status of lawyers in the courts and require them to be granted the privileges provided by the law and to give our profession the proper attention laid down in the texts and to seriously consider all matters relating to lawyers and their affairs."
It is noteworthy that social media published instructions issued by the Office of Security Permits of the Supreme Judicial Council, including the prevention of the introduction of a number of needs to the courts, especially mobile phones and electronic memory to include lawyers like the rest of the reviewers.
