, First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Hassan Al-Kaabi, confirmed on Sunday that the retirement law will not include major exceptions, to ensure the provision of appointments for holders of higher degrees.
And state television quoted Al-Kaabi as saying that "there are no major exceptions in the retirement law to ensure the provision of job grades for holders of higher degrees."
Al-Kaabi added, "The House of Representatives will work to invest scientific and specialized expertise and competencies in state departments and universities." Ended 6/29 n
