    The spokesperson for the Supreme Federal Court, Iyas al-Samuk, announced on Sunday the issuance of about 1,200 constitutional rulings during the past period, indicating that any citizen can file appeals with the court regarding the issued laws.
    Samuk said, in a statement received / information / copy of it, that "since the formation of hundreds of cases, the Federal Supreme Court has issued and issued about 1,200 constitutional rulings, through which the constitutional powers of all authorities, legislative, executive and judicial, have been established."
    He added, "The court organized the relationship between Federal authorities and local administrations, and in many of its rulings emphasized the independence of the judiciary and non-interference in its work, preserved the rights of the Iraqi components, strengthened the role of women in all fields, paid great attention to family and childhood, stressed human rights principles, and contributed to safeguarding public freedoms in the forefront of which is a right Come on Bear view. ”
    The Samuk indicated that "the Federal Supreme Court currently has about (80) constitutional cases pending, relating to constitutional challenges that will be examined consecutively according to the constitutional and legal contexts in public hearings in which all are available."
    He pointed out that "the court receives appeals and lawsuits from all citizens, as it has confirmed in the context of its issued rulings, that the appeal of the unconstitutionality of laws is the right of everyone, whether natural or moral, expressing his opinion as a right included in the constitution in article (38 / first) of it, and by all legal means Contrary to the trend of some constitutional courts in the world, where the right to challenge legislation is limited to certain official addresses in the country. 25 h has ended
