    The information / Baghdad ..
On Saturday, the winning deputy, Nuran Abdul-Amir, called on the Iraqi judiciary to “punish” Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi, because of his stances of not submitting appeals against the validity of the membership of the winning representatives, accusing the head of the legislative authority of granting salaries to space representatives with the knowledge of the judiciary and the parliament.
Abdul-Amir told Al-Maalouma that “Parliament Speaker Mohamed Al-Halbousi has not complied with the decisions of the judiciary since he came to the post,” stressing that “Al-Halbousi is in one valley, and the Iraqi judiciary is in another valley.”
She added, "Article 52 first of the Iraqi constitution stipulates that appeals be submitted to the validity of the membership of representatives within a maximum period of 30 days, and it appears that the Speaker of Parliament circumvents the constitution justifying the lack of a quorum in the presence of parliament sessions."
And Abdul Amir indicated that "the Speaker of Parliament continues to grant salaries and concessions to a number of space representatives with the knowledge of the legislative and judicial authority," calling on the judiciary to "implement the maximum legal penalties against the Speaker of Parliament as he will not implement the provisions of the constitution."
Earlier, the winner, Najat Al-Taie, announced that he had filed a lawsuit against the Speaker of Parliament, Mohamed Al-Halbousi, for refraining from submitting an appeal before the parliament. 15 k is over
