[size=15]The Parliamentary Legal Committee revealed, on Monday, the details of the meeting that is being held now in the presence of the Presidency of the Council and heads of the blocs to put the final touches to the draft law of the Federal Court .

[size=15]A member of the committee, Ammar Al-Shibli, told NRT Arabia today (March 8, 2021), "There is almost unanimity to proceed with voting after resolving most of the disputes over the law," noting that "the remaining articles of the draft law are two articles related to how decisions are taken inside the court and the mechanism for its formation. ".[/size]
[size=15]Regarding the news that some forces have boycotted the budget session in the event that the Federal Court’s law is not passed, Al-Shibli explained that “the budget is an urgent need, as it relates to citizen living and the provision of services,” stressing the importance of “the importance of moving forward with the Federal Court’s law as it is one of the foundations of the democratic system in Iraq".[/size]
