Member of the Parliamentary Legal Committee, Hussein Al-Oqabi, revealed, on Sunday, the most prominent legal disputes regarding passing the Federal Court, indicating that the voting mechanisms are the most important disputes that impede the passage of the law.
"The Federal Court Law has passed its most important paragraphs, and the remainder of the paragraphs are simple and can be passed at any time," Al-Oqabi said in a statement to / Al-Maouma.
He added, "The Kurdish forces' objection is summarized in the voting mechanisms inside the court, where the Kurdish parties insist on voting according to the majority, while the legal logic refers to voting according to two-thirds of the members."
"The work of the jurists is original and cannot be transferred to a consultant, as the constitutional articles stipulate that it is not possible to legislate any law that contradicts Islamic law," Al-Uqabi said. Ended / 25 D.
