    Hundreds of employees of the Iraqi Media Network organized a protest, today, Thursday, to demand their rights regarding the land of female messengers in the Abu Ghraib area of ​​Baghdad.
    The employees of the media network raised banners bearing the request for help for the prime minister to intervene to resolve the long-awaited file of the mailed land, despite the right to it, similar to the rest of the employees in the ministries, indicating that the land of the female transmitters is the dream in which the parents of the prime minister contemplate his achievement.
    Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Dr. Muhammad Salam, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "The Board of Trustees is attending this stand to renew its support for the demands of the employees of the Iraqi Media Network to obtain residential land for them, similar to the rest of the employees of state departments." We ask the prime minister to sign the decision of the Supreme Committee Which provided for transferring the gender of this land to the Iraqi media network, and the file is currently in the office of the mayor of Baghdad and allows the competent authorities to divide and distribute it among the employees.  
    He added, "This pause is the first step in this direction, and in the event that the concerned authorities do not respond, we will have other pauses and legal measures to convert the gender of the land to residential," recalling the sacrifices made by the network’s members in order to transmit news and the stages of the victories of our security forces against ISIS gangs. terrorist. "
    for his part , said the board of Trustees member Aldtor Alaa woodcutter, that" the piece of land that our presence in today belong to the staff of the network since the sixties of the last century , "asserting that" the concerned authorities balked intentionally or unintentionally in the lack of this grant benefits to the staff of the network, " Pointing out, "The Iraqi Media Network hopes to distribute the plots of land to those who deserve it, similar to the rest of the ministries and institutions concerned."
    Al-Hattab added, "There are parties in the Baghdad Municipality that seek to obstruct the network's employees from obtaining their natural rights as citizens," calling on Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi "to intervene to resolve this long-awaited issue and direct the Baghdad Municipality to complete it by signing the minutes of the Supreme Committee for Urban Planning of the City of Baghdad."
    He stressed that the "Board of Trustees" will not fail and will not hesitate in order for the network’s employees to obtain their natural entitlement, and we will demonstrate in front of the Baghdad Municipality to fulfill the employees’s dream.
    Marilyn Awish, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Iraqi Media Network, renewed her request to Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi and the Secretary of Baghdad Alaa Maan to resolve the issue of The land of the transmitters to the beneficiaries of the network’s employees.
    Awaish said, “The plot of land in which we are located in Abu Ghraib is one of the rights of the network’s employees, just like their peers in other state institutions.”
    Paragraph 30 of the constitution stipulated that the state shall guarantee the provision of decent housing for citizens, as the government began granting investment opportunities to build housing complexes and distribute residential lands to the beneficiaries of employees and martyrs for this and to address the housing crisis, which indicated that Iraq needed three million housing units before The year 2022, according to the Ministry of Planning.
    However, the Iraqi Media Network, which participated in the disadvantaged groups and transferred their requests and submitted them to the competent authorities and was able to achieve them and made sacrifices from the martyrs and the wounded, did not find anyone to support them in their project to obtain a residential plot of land for their employees, as there were delays, some administrative and others, routine. Four years at a standstill without an initiative from the concerned authorities to resolve it.
