    He pointed out that "the previous and current administrations of the National Investment Authority granted lands worth more than (100 billion dollars) to people free of charge, in violation of all laws and the constitution, in the name of investment stipulated in Article (9 / VI / 1) of the Investment Law No. (13) For the year 2006 amended to work to facilitate obtaining the real estate necessary for the establishment of projects in the form determined by the Authority in coordination with the relevant authorities, as follows:
    1- An allowance for housing projects that fall within the basic design, and these deals are a dangerous indication of the looting and domination of state assets, which influence the political and parliamentary decisions in the future because they possess these vast wealth that enables them from dangerous matters to the country that reach the formation of a government and mafias and mortgage The state to them, "affirming that" the matter requires the prime minister to implement the provisions of the law in recovering these lands granted in contravention of the text of the law or applying the text to receive the full allowance for the land and to stop any new grants as the commission intends to grant them.
    2- Assigning the Diwaniya Committee No. (29) of 2020 to investigate the reasons for granting and violating the law, noting that the Office of Supervision, with its letter No. (12205) 9/28/2020, has established the violations contained in Articles (4 and 5) of System No. (6) of 2017, as amended by Regulation No. (5) for the year 2018 that set the land allowance for residential investment projects at (2%), contrary to the provisions of Article (9 / Six / 1) explained above, and the State Council also stated Resolution No. (105/2017) on 08/29/2017 And in which he indicated that the cabinet’s authority to dispense with the procedures is not related to the substantive provisions of the law, and despite all the above, the National Commission has not been committed. ”Al-
    Tamimi continued,“ Through our role, we will proceed with our parliamentary and judicial procedures and pursue and carry out and guarantee all the sums that have been wasted from the date of the amendment until now all The employees and officials who were previously alerted and did not comply. "
