Controlling unpaid loan transactions in the Agricultural Bank in Najaf

{Local: Al Furat News} The Federal Integrity Commission announced, on Sunday, seizing the special priorities of a number of loan transactions granted by the Cooperative Agricultural Bank - Najaf and Al-Manathira branches, for not paying their full installments.
And the Commission’s investigation department stated, in a statement that {Euphrates News} received a copy of it, “setting the priorities of (46) loan transactions granted to a number of borrowers from the Cooperative Agricultural Bank in both Najaf and Al-Manathira, due to non-payment of the full installments of those loans, despite the expiry of the payment deadlines for some. Of which".
The department added that "the date of granting the loans is from 2002 onwards, and despite the passage of a long period of time since they were granted, the installments have not been paid in full so far," noting that "the Agricultural Bank has not followed up on the repayment of the loans or taken legal measures in connection with the return of their amounts."
And it indicated, "Organizing a fundamentalist report of the seizures, and presenting it to the judge of the Najaf Investigation Court, which is specialized in integrity issues, to take the appropriate legal measures."
