{Political: Al Furat News} A member of the coordination framework said that the Federal Court session to decide on electoral appeals scheduled for today, Monday, has not taken place yet.
Wael Al-Rikabi told {Euphrates News}: "The session has not taken place yet, and there is a possibility to postpone it, but it is not certain."
"The court has the legal right to postpone the hearing," he added.
The court session was scheduled to take place at eleven o'clock, but it held a hearing session without knowing the reasons for not holding it until now.
At the same time, protests took place from those who rejected the election results at the entrances to the Supreme Judicial Council, where the Federal Court is located, amid intense security deployment, as well as the closure of the streets near the court and the Green Zone, with the closure of a number of nearby bridges.
