    On Wednesday, political analyst Haitham al-Khazali considered Muhammad al-Halbousi's return to the presidency as a continuation of a regional project.
    Al-Khazali said in a statement to the "Information" agency, "The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Muhammad Al-Halbousi, is proceeding with an external regional project supported by the Gulf countries," noting that "the regional project is financed with the money of camel breeders."
    He added, "Al-Halbousi succeeded in winning over some political parties and authorities, and was able to gain a large popular base with Gulf money."
    He pointed out that "the head of the legislative body is continuing his regional project supported by the Gulf countries."
    Earlier, political parties had confirmed that Muhammad al-Halbousi had violated the constitution by accepting to ascend to the parliament podium despite the adjournment of the session by the head of the age, pointing out that al-Halbousi's arrival to this position with Gulf support came as a prelude to the project of normalization with the Zionist entity.
