It was received by Earth News Agency, that "the ministry had previously set a date for a period of six months to reform the company's situation, especially that there are government ministries that have a shareholding in the company, but they did not achieve any results for a long period and there are many problems related to workers, marketing and production."
He stressed, "to take necessary and quick steps to extricate the company from its position because its continuation in this situation represents an absolute loss," directing the development of "a rescue plan for a maximum period of one month that clearly includes - reducing expenses and the size of employment and increasing revenues, taking into account the option of liquidation in the event of failure to reach Satisfactory results and continued losses.
He directed "to hold accountable all those who offended the company and those responsible for wasting public money, especially with regard to the company's financial management system and the large expenditures that are not commensurate with their counterparts from companies and even in the government sector," stressing the importance of "equal to what is in force in Iraqi laws and in line with the salary system." in state institutions.
It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has a participation rate of 26% of the funds of the Workers' Pension and Insurance Fund in the Akai company. In addition to shareholders from Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Libya.
